Laird: "The original recording sheet shows two takes (-A & -8) for master XE28136, but another sheet marked 'Corrected Copy' shows only one take (-AA) as indicated above. The exact significance of take -AA is not known, A further recording sheet lists what appears to be a remake of this title - but using the same master number (when the usual Brunswick practice was to allocate a new master number to a remake), and two takes are indicated (as -A &-B). for this remake see the next session by this artist on August 24, 1928 (below)."
