Victor ledgers note that the master was made for the "Kresge Department Store." A column in the March 1937 issue of "Fine furniture" references Kresge's "Home in the sky," a model prefabricated house assembled on the roof of its Newark, New Jersey, store.
Ledgers indicate that the master recording was "personal"; it was made on commission or not intended for release
