Footnote in EDVR vol. 2 explains: This Victor recording was issued under the Oxford label as noted. Oxford records were sold exclusively by Sears, Roebuck & Co. and were apparently manufactured under cotnract by Victor. Normally, Oxford records were pressed from Zonophone masters; this seems to be one of the very few exceptions.
It is not known whether 1 or 2 was the issued take.
