| Laird: "Vocals are shown against these titles only because 'German' (or non-vocal) masters were made of each title, and there is no mention on the recording sheet of who the vocalist might be, what kind of vocals were featured, or even if there was any vocal. Unusually two takes were made of each of the 'German' (or non-vocal) versions. A handwritten 'Reject' appears against each title, and each sheet carries a handwritten note saying: '2 wax masters to New York.'" |
