The Vocalion master was assigned on June 20,1926, but the actual date of recording was probably some time earlier that month. This appears to be the same artist who recorded in St. Louis, and is listed on that recording sheet as Fitzhugh Crane. This recording may also have been allocated a number in the Chicago “C” series, but there is no information in the files to confirm or refute this." |
