Ledgers: "Note for information refer to Mr. E. C. Forman in Camden"; "Records to be shipped to Mr. Wm. H. Seltsam, 318 Reservoir Ave., Bridgeport, Conn." Seltsam directed the International Record Collectors' Club (IRCC.) This master is not known to have been reissued by the IRCC.
