There is some controversy surrounding the authorship of this piece, which has its origins in a vaudeville routine. The names presented here reflect Victor BHC's, which were revised to remove "Clarke" and add "Fletcher," "Mason," and "Howell" per letter from publisher dated 1/27/1947.
