Notes
Source(s): Bolig Special labels (personnel); Victor ledgers.
Victor ledgers: "Re-recorded records from film (transferred from 35mm film to 78-rpm disc)."
Ledgers note that the record comprises the continuity from the phrase "Mr. Apgar meant to reach in the window..." to the end of the second reel (the words "Goodbye. You've been very kind").
Ledgers state that sound effects in the selection include dubs from BRC-69932 ("Black eyes") and SE-3 (cheers), and a “police whistle and door slam,” possibly created by Charles O’Connell, who is credited on other recordings in this book reading.
