Note on name: Johnson and Shirley: "This band comes from Cleveland. Nora Lee was a fictional serial published in 'The Cleveland News' during this period." The Martha Lee Club was located on the second floor of the Ohio and State Theatre building on Euclid Avenue in Cleveland.
