Notes
Brooks/Rust associates two different ensembles (Columbia and Climax Orchestras being the same ensemble) with the recording sessions that include this master number. However it is not known whether one of them, or a different ensemble, is responsible for the recordings that are unattributed here.
The source of the estimated recording date for take 4 is the announcement of a remake in an Oct. 1909 catalog supplement, reported in Brooks/Rust.
